Starting from July 1, 2025, the new membership system will be officially implemented, and AP Points will be fully managed through the AP CLUB Member Portal system. If you have not registered for the AP CLUB Member Portal, you will not be able to store AP Points, check your AP Point balance, review your points history, or redeem rewards.

Each member is limited to one AP CLUB Member Portal account with a valid mobile phone number and email address. The account cannot be shared with others.

Before activating the Member Portal account, members will be unable to use or check AP Points history. Members must first activate the AP CLUB Member Portal, and the system will automatically retrieve all eligible purchase records and credit the corresponding AP Points. The latest AP Points records will be updated within 24 to 48 hours. As of July 1, 2025, all membership tiers will be automatically extended until June 30, 2026. Meanwhile, all accumulated spending amounts will be reset to zero. Any transactions made from July 1, 2025, onward will be recorded and counted toward membership qualification for the following year.

All AP Points that have not expired as of July 1, 2025 will be considered as earned on July 1, 2025 and will be processed according to the new system’s expiration rules.

 Points are valid for 12–15 months from the issue date. Any expired points will be automatically forfeited.

  • AP Points earned in January and March will be valid until March 31 of the following year.
  • AP Points earned from April to June will be valid until June 30 of the following year.
  • AP Points earned from July to September will be valid until September 30 of the following year.
  • AP Points earned from October to December will be valid until December 31 of the following year.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. From July 1, 2025, members must activate the AP CLUB Member Portal to earn and use AP Points.
  2. Upon successful activation for the AP CLUB Member Portal, each member can redeem the WELCOME GIFT* once only.
  3. Once redeemed, the WELCOME GIFT* is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or converted to AP Points.*Art Piece Causeway Bay 25/F 1-hour gym access pass x 1
  4. Each member can only register one mobile number and one email address for the AP CLUB Member Portal account. Any duplicate phone number registrations or multiple accounts owned by one person will not be accepted. The company reserves the right to: immediately suspend or terminate that membership without prior notice; cancel all points, benefits, and promotions; and revoke the right to redeem rewards.
  5. VIP membership is valid for 12 months from the day after the upgrade, after which renewal or downgrade will be based on the member's spending record.
  6. Accumulated spending in the past 12 months will be canceled in the next membership year.
  7. Accumulated AP Points will expire according to the calculation cycle. Unused AP Points on the expiry date will be forfeited. Points can only be accumulated within the same member account and cannot be merged, transferred, or shared.
  8. In the event of a refund, AP Points earned from related courses or treatments will be deducted from the customer’s account.
  9. All AP Points will be based on the records of AP CLUB's computer system.
  10. Art Piece reserves the right to change, terminate, or suspend the AP CLUB membership programme, or to amend the details of the programme at any time without prior notice or compensation. In case of any disputes, Art Piece reserves the final decision
