What should I do if the product is out of stock?

You may click ‘ADD TO MY WISHLIST’ on the product page and submit your email address. Once the product is available, we will send you an email notification.

How can I check my order status?

When the payment has been successed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Customer can login and check order status.

How can I review my order status?

After the member logs in, you can check the latest status of the order on your personal account page. We will also notify you via email when your order is shipped. *The order status can only be checked after 24 working hours after the order is placed.

How to change or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel the order, please email to cs@artpiece.com.hk. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Do I gain AP Points when I purchase products online?

We have privillege program for members to gain AP Points and rewards for both online and offline. The points cannot be viewed online at present. If you have any enquiries, please message us or go to the store to check your AP Points.

Can I redeem AP Points online?

Art Piece online store cannot redeem AP Points at the moment, please go to Art Piece store for redemption.

How to use coupon code?

Exclusive offers are updated frequently on our online site. Once your purchase meets a certain criteria, you may apply discount codes to get free gifts. To use a discount code, you may enter the code on the right of Shopping Bag page. Enter the code in the box and click ‘APPLY CODE’. Note that some promotions are not applicable to gift set purchases.

Can I return or exchange?

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for an exchange within 7 business days upon receipt. The return product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. Products opened or used are not accepted for returns. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
