- • Responsible for all-round receptionist duties in a professional and polite manner, including but not limited to guests greeting, phone call and emails handling, mailing order, courier services, etc.
- • Handle booking, cancellation and re-confirmation requests for guests.
- • Manage reception and lounge areas, including hygiene and identifying repairs that need doing, materials that need ordering.
- • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- • Process settlement of guests’ accounts and ensure that appropriate payment methods are adhered to.
- • Greet guests in a professional and warm manner to ensure their guests’ experience is positive and memorable.
- • Provide professional advice on the various range of beauty or wellness packages and services.
- • Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.
- • Minimum 1 year concierge service working experience.
- • Knowledge of booking system and cashier experience is preferable.
- • Cheerful, customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- • Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
- • Willing to work on shift.
- • Immediate available is preferred
