    Receptionist (Beauty & Wellness Center)



      • • Responsible for all-round receptionist duties in a professional and polite manner, including but not limited to guests greeting, phone call and emails handling, mailing order, courier services, etc.
      • • Handle booking, cancellation and re-confirmation requests for guests.
      • • Manage reception and lounge areas, including hygiene and identifying repairs that need doing, materials that need ordering.
      • • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
      • • Process settlement of guests’ accounts and ensure that appropriate payment methods are adhered to.
      • • Greet guests in a professional and warm manner to ensure their guests’ experience is positive and memorable.
      • • Provide professional advice on the various range of beauty or wellness packages and services.
      • • Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.



      • • Minimum 1 year concierge service working experience.
      • • Knowledge of booking system and cashier experience is preferable. 
      • • Cheerful, customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills. 
      • • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). 
      • • Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
      • • Willing to work on shift. 
      • • Immediate available is preferred
