Return Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for an exchange within 7 business days upon receipt. The return product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. Products opened or used are not accepted for returns. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

The Return Process

1. Contact Our Customer Service Team
Please reach our customer service via Message Us, cs@artpiecehk.com and state your return request. Our Customer Service will request for the following information for verification : 
- Order number
- Purchasing date
- Product name and quantity which need to be exchanged
- Reason for exchange

2. Confirm Exchange
>After confirming the return, you will be arranged to exchange the product at Tsim Sha Tsui store, our Customer Service will check whether the status of the goods meets the exchange requirements. If the goods remain unopened and returned in its original packaging, with all the accessories and inserts, you can choose the same value of product to exchange.
