Unless specified otherwise, our delivery policy is listed below.

  • Free shipping with every order over HK$500 (after discount).
  • HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$500 (after discount).

We offer the following delivery services :

  • Standard Delivery Service (Hong Kong only)
  • SF Express Locker (Hong Kong only)

Areas in service

  • Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands, SAR of China. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands. For more details, please contact SF express for more information.
  • P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

Shipping schedule

  • Customer service will notify you by email that your parcel has been shipped, and the actual delivery time is subject to SF Express. If the delivery cannot be received by customer, the delivery date needs to be arranged separately. Art Piece reserves the right to charge the delivery fee .

Order processing

Orders are prepared and delivered only on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed, an email notice will be sent to advise.

  • Orders placed before 4pm will be processed and delivered within 3 to 4 working days
  • Orders on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day
  • Orders are processed and shipped only on working days (Monday to Friday only, exculded holidays and public holidays).

International Orders

At this time Art Piece orders are only billed or shipped to locations within Hong Kong.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Status (Delivery or Self Pick Up)

Under normal circumstances, the delivery arrangement cannot be changed after the order is confirmed. Should you wish to change the delivery arrangement yourself, please refer to the following details of order status and remarks.

*Remarks
1) Each order will only be allowed to update once. Once confirmed, you will not be able to restore to the original schedule.
2) New delivery date can only be scheduled later than the original delivery date
3) Order that arrived our warehouse cannot be changed
4) Order cannot be changed within 24 hours before delivery
5) You cannot change to pick up the order in another department store

Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address

  • Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification will be sent to the customer from us.
  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with the shipping company by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact the shipping company directly in order to make further arrangements. If customer is not reachable for delivery after several attempts, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
  • For Special Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions

    Delivery Arrangement

    Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above :
    Delivery service will be suspended. If the signal is remaining hoisted at 3pm, the delivery service will be suspended that day.

    Black Rainstorm Warning :
    Delivery service will be suspended and to be resumed subjected to the weather. If delivery service is not able to continue, new delivery schedule will be notified through E-mail or message center.
