Terms & Conditions

- The gift card can only be used at Art Piece Beauty & Wellness Club.

- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or returned in cash.

- If the gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged, no replacement card will be issued, nor will the remaining balance be refunded.

- Customers must redeem the gift card in person at Art Piece Beauty & Wellness Club, and the amount will be credited as Cash Dollar to a member account for purchases.

- The gift card must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date; it cannot be used after the expiration.

- From the date of redemption, the Cash Dollar in the member account is valid for 180 days; after that, all remaining balances will expire.

- This gift card cannot be purchased with Cash Dollar, Gift Voucher, or other gift certificates.

- Cash Dollar cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers, other gift cards, or coupons.

- The gift card is not a rechargeable card and cannot be topped up. Once redeemed, it will be credited as Cash Dollar in the member account,  and the gift card cannot be exchanged for Cash Dollar again.

- Please contact customer service (9859 2260) to check the Cash Dollar balance in your member account.

- Purchases made with Cash Dollar redeemed from the gift card will not earn AP Points.

- In the case of any dispute, Art Piece’s decision shall be final.
