A : The vision of Art Piece is to provide guests with diversified products and services from head to toe. Guests can book courses and treatments directly including yoga, pilates, spa, beauty via this website.

A : They will take place at Art Piece's Causeway Bay Service Store. Please check the 'Contact Us' page for address details.

Q : How to make an appointment?
A : You can also enroll directly at the customer service counter on the 8th floor of the Causeway Bay Service Store or call the customer service hotline: 26988912.

Q : Is there any age limit?
A : Guests aged below 18 years old should be accompanied by their parents or guardians. Parents must sign a consent form before any courses or treatments.

About Purchases a course or treatment

Q : What payment methods are available?
A : We accept credit card payments made by Visa and MasterCard. When you place an order, you authorize us to debit the credit card for the amount you specify on your order at the time we send our acceptance of your order.

Q : How may I confirm that I have successfully purchased a course or treatment?
A : Customers who have successfully purchased courses or treatments will receive an email confirmation.

Q : What should I do if I have still not yet received an email confirmation of successful purchase of a course or treatment?
A : If you fail to receive the confirmation email, you can call the customer service hotline:26988912.

Q : May I pay the courses or treatments by installments?
A : Classes or treatments must be paid online in full. If you need to pay by installments, please contact your credit card issuing bank.

Q : Can a course or treatment course be transferred to another person?
A : Any service treatments we sell, once confirmed and paid, will not be transferred to others for use, replacement or refund

About Appointments

Q : Do I have to make an appointment to enjoy the service?
A : Yes. All courses and treatments require reservations to be made for classes, and vacancies are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q : Can I book courses or treatments in advance?
A : Appointments for courses or treatments can be made up to 30 days in advance, depending on the required services.

Q : Can I change or cancel the appointment service?
A : Please log in to the member profile page of the website 24 hours before the appointment date to make changes or cancellations. However, handling fees may be involved, depending on different merchants, there may be different arrangements.

Q : Can I change or cancel an appointment multiple times?
A : The same course or treatment can be changed or cancelled for once.

Courses or Treatments

Q : How early should I arrive on the booking day?
A : Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to register at the reception desk. Please also reserve time for using the changing room and locker room to store personal belongings.

Q : May I know more about the arrangements for being late or absent?
A : For those who are delayed in canceling the reservation, absent or late, the experience service shall be deemed to have been used. For those who are late, the experience time will be reduced accordingly.
If a customer has two absences/delayed cancellations within 30 days, his or her right to reserve courses or treatments will be temporarily cancelled for a period of 30 days, starting from the second day of absence or the day following the second delayed cancellations of the reservation. For details, you must check with the customer service department in the store.

Q : What if I feel unwell before or during the course or treatment?
A : Please inform your tutor about your previous injuries, female menstrual periods, early or late pregnancy and so on. Customer shall inform the tutor before class so he or she can make corresponding arrangements.

About Orders

Q : How can I check my order status?
A : When the payment has been successed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Customer can login and check order status.

Q : How can I review my order status?
A : After the member logs in, you can check the latest status of the order on your personal account page. We will also notify you via email when your order is shipped. *The order status can only be checked after 24 working hours after the order is placed.

Q : How to change or cancel my order?
A : If you would like to cancel the order, please email to cs@artpiece.com.hk. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Q : How to use coupon code?
A : Exclusive offers are updated frequently on our online site. Once your purchase meets a certain criteria, you may apply discount codes to get free gifts. To use a discount code, you may enter the code on the right of Shopping Bag page. Enter the code in the box and click ‘APPLY CODE’. Note that some promotions are not applicable to gift set purchases.
