AP CLUB MECHANISM

The New Membership Program will take effect on April 1, 2024.

AP Club Mechanism will be updated on April 1, 2024. The existing membership and AP Points of both "VIP Member" and "Basic Member" will be automatically extended until June 30, 2025. "Basic members" shall be upgraded to "VIP Member" by reaching the specified spending amount.

Q What are the differences between the new membership scheme and the old membership scheme?
A The new Membership Program will take effect starting from April 2024. It purpose is to simplify the membership level structure, where qualifying members will become AP Club VIP and enjoy exclusive benefits. 
Q Will existing members have their memberships automatically extended?
A Previous Bronze members will convert to "Basic Member" and enjoy permanent membership.
While previous Gold and Silver members will have their memberships automatically extended until June 30, 2025, and will be converted to "VIP member".
If you wish to renew your membership for the next year, the renewal conditions will be based on the new 2024 Membership Program. This means that when renewing your membership, you will need to meet the requirements and fulfill the conditions specified in the 2024.
For example, according to the new 2024 membership plan, in order to renew as a VIP member for the following year, members would need to accumulate a minimum of HK$2,000 in purchases between membership period. If this requirement is met, their VIP membership will be renewed on the day after their current membership expires, on July 1, 2025, and the validity will be extended for an additional year.
Q Does the existing AP Point have an expiration date?
A AP Point earned on or before December 31, 2023, will be subject to the existing points expiration policy. Any AP Point that have not been used by the expiration date will be forfeited.
Q How can I check my accumulated spending and AP Points and the expiration date?
A You can inquire about your accumulated spending, points, and expiration date through: in-store, Facebook inbox, and WhatsApp. We will aim to respond within 2 business days.
Q How will the previously purchased AP Dollar in my account be handled?
A The previously purchased AP Dollar have a validity period of 2 years, starting from the most recent date of purchase or visit to the Art Piece service store. Any unused AP Dollars will expire automatically on the expiration date. If there have been no transactions during this period, the expiration date will be calculated as 2 years from the last date of accumulation.
However, starting from January 1, 2024, customers will no longer be able to top up AP Dollar to account. For more information, please inquire with the store staff.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. The welcome gift is only applicable to retail stores and online shop.
2. Birthday brand privileges at retail stores and online stores may be different and birthday gift is only served for retail stores and stock availability on a first-come first-served basis. Birthday brand discounts and privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and coupons.
3. The accumulated consumption amount within the past 12 months will be reset at the beginning of the next membership year.
4. The accumulated points will expire based on the AP Point calculation cycle. Any unused AP Points that have reached their expiration date will be forfeited. Points can only be accumulated within the same member account and cannot be combined, transferred, or shared with other accounts.
5. In order to earn points, members must log in to their account before checking out during website purchases. Guests who proceed to checkout without logging in will not be able to earn or accumulate points.
6. If a refund is issued for a returned product, the corresponding points earned for that product will be deducted from the customer's account.
7. All points will be recorded based on the computer system of our company.
8. Art Piece reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the Art Piece membership program, or make changes to the program details at any time without prior notice or compensation. In the event of any dispute, Art Piece retains the ultimate decision-making authority.
