Training with aqua bags promote instability training, a form of training that engages all of the body's stabilizing muscles for stronger core, performance, and co-ordination. 

During the class, students will use FX aqua bags to perform a variety of functional exercises and fluid movement sequences. The class culminates in a flowing, aquatic-inspired cool-down to leave participants feeling energized and empowered.

Piloxing

Piloxing is a group fitness workout that combines elements of Pilates, boxing, and dancing. Piloxing aims to provide a full-body workout that improves strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness.

Piloxing classes blend Pilates, boxing, and dance for a high-energy, full-body workout. The class starts with a dynamic warm-up, then moves into Pilates-inspired core and strength training. Participants then alternate between intense boxing-style intervals and recovery periods of controlled Pilates movements, all set to upbeat music. Throughout, the instructor provides motivational cues and modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.

Animal Flow

Animal Flow is a unique fitness experience that blends elements of yoga, primal movement, and animal-based locomotion. The class is 60 minutes and guides participants through a series of dynamic, ground-based exercises and flowing sequences.

During the class, students explore foundational positions and movements inspired by various animals, such as the Ape, Crab, Scorpion, and Beast. These exercises are designed to improve joint mobility, develop core strength and stability, and enhance overall body awareness and control.
