Terms and conditions
1. Clients need to purchase the class first and cannot pay later.
2. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Cancellation has to be made through Art Piece customer service on or before 10:00 am 1 day prior to class. This can be done by emailing us on cs.service@artpiecehk.com or via Whatsapp on +852 9538 1727. The class will be re-credited to your account without additional charge. If late cancellations or no shows, the class won't re-credited to your account.
4. If you’re in an unexpected situation, you can cancel over the phone by calling +852 2698 8912 or whatsapp +852 9538 1727. Just leave a message with your name, the date, time and details of the class reservation you need to cancel and submit related documents to us to prove.
5. Arrival Time For Class - function room is open 10 minutes before class begins. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to give yourself adequate time to check-in and get settled before class starts.
6. All classes will start from purchase date and must be used within 30 days.
7. If the course needs to be canceled due to insufficient registration (minimum 2 students) , we will contact the clients by WhatsApp on or before 12:00 noon 1 day prior to class. The class will be re-credited to your account without additional charge.
8. If the credits expire due to the Taekwondo Academy failing to provide classes, we will refund to the customer.
9. Parents are also welcome to observe the class outside the classroom.
10. Taekwondo uniforms are not necessary for trial class. No shoes and socks when attending the class.
