Why Join?

Many arm balances rely not only on upper body strength, but also on open hips and a stable core. In this workshop, you’ll dive into a series of flows that increase hip flexibility, essential for easing into balanced positions safely and effectively. By opening up the hips, we reduce strain on the wrists and shoulders, enhancing both balance and control.

- Step-by-Step Arm Balance Progressions : Learn techniques to enter and exit arm balances with confidence.
- Mindful Modifications : Practice with props or adjustments to suit all levels.
